COVID-19 Health and Safety Measures

At KVA ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS LTD. we have been preparing for this since we heard of the 1st case of COVID-19 in Canada. Since the first case of COVID-19 was detected in Canada we have been ready and prepared to deal with the outbreak. We will continue to provide Electrical Services for the foreseeable future, as we are an essential business and service provider to all Ontarians. We will continue and ensure that the Electrical integrity is running smoothly and uninterrupted in your home, business, hospitality industry as well as commercial and industrial buildings and property.

Implementation:

We have implemented mandatory social distancing and hand washing, also making sure we are coughing or sneezing into our sleeves. These additional procedures will aid and assist everyone involved to help reduce the spread and impact of COVID-19. In addition, we have implemented strict and mandatory guidelines that restrict all of our employee’s travels and movement for the duration of the Coronavirus Pandemic.

With KVA ELECTRIC at your side you can rest assure that we will ensure that your health, safety and welfare is our top priority. We will ensure that our Licensed Electricians and staff will do their part in protecting all our customers and the general public from the spread of the COVID-19. In addition, we have instructed all of our staff members and Licensed Electricians to wear PPE, Masks, Face Masks and Gloves at all times. At no time are any of our Employee’s and staff members allowed to remove these protective gears, in order to protect themselves and their families as well as you, our valued Customers and the general Public in order to prevent and protect everyone from the spread of the COVID-19 Virus. Additionally if our Licensed Electricians feel or experience any kind of concern, that their safety is being compromised and or the possibility of exposure to COVID-19, that they are to leave the site immediately and to return only if and when it is safe to do so.

Measures:

We have taken these drastic measures in an effort, for us to able to provide uninterrupted and continuous services to you our valued customers. Our staff and Licensed Electricians are required to stay away from all public places as well as all non-essential movements and travels. This means that they cannot attend or travel to any other place other than their home and work place. In an effort to further ensure that we maintain a safe and respectable work place as well as protecting everybody from the spread of the virus. Having implemented these strict measures, is in our opinion the best way to providing you our valued customers the best protection from the risk and the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19).

Conclusion:

We believe that in order to be able to provide further and essential services to our valued Customers we must implement and maintain these measures until the COVID-19 Virus has been eradicated. We trust that everybody involved understands as well as agrees with these new measures that we have put in place, in an effort to protecting everyone and safeguarding the public.
