IMPORTED ELEGANT ITALIAN ORANGE CHANDELIER!
Just arrived from Italy an Imported Elegant Orange Chandelier valued at $20,000.00. This new arrival needed to be Installed on the same Day that it arrived. This Elegant Orange Chandelier arrived in a Large Wooden Crate and could NOT be brought into the House due to its Size and Weight.
Once again we were put to the test, our skills, knowledge and experience were also tested. We were given the Task of Installing an Imported Elegant Italian Orange Chandelier, and timing couldn’t have been worse. We were dealing with the weather and a last minute call to Install a Chandelier that had just arrived in a very large wooden crate. As it could not be left outside in the Elements plus safety and security was an added concern.
Step 1: UNPACKING OF THE CRATE
All of this made the unpacking of the Crate more difficult and complicating matters even more as timing was of the essence, this massive Crate and Chandelier needed to be Unpacked and brought into the House immediately and on the same day. Due to weather conditions with the possibility of Rain, Snow and inclement weather condition, plus the Security and Safety of the Chandelier.
Step 2: BRINGING IN ALL OF THE PARTS
We brought in all of the endless pieces of the Chandelier Parts and Meticulously lined them up in a Systematical way, on a Large Movers Blanket on a Table so that they would flow when assembling the Chandelier with all of the endless pieces and Parts, The Chandelier was already Pre-Approved and Certified for use in Canada by the Manufacturer allowing us to move forward with the Installation without any hassle.
Step 3: ORGANIZING THE CHANDELIER PARTS
After Unpacking the Large Wooden Crate with all of the Chandelier Parts, and lining them up on a Large Moving Blanket on a Table. The process began to assemble this Large Chandelier, to make matters even worse this Large Chandelier came with no Instructions and the entire assembly was pretty much a guessing game. We had no guide or Instructions on what the process was and how to even begin with the Assembly of the Chandelier. The only thing we had to rely on was an Image of Half of the Chandelier which was nevertheless also blurry and difficult to read and determine any sequence or order of the Chandelier and its assembly process. This Image of the Half Chandelier was hanging in the Dining Room Area for display as a sign of what’s to come.
Step 4: METICULOUS ASSEMBLY OF THE ARMS
Piece by piece , we meticulously assembled the Arms, and attached them to the Centre Wiring and Mounting Bracket and connected them to the Upper Canopy as there were two deal with, there was a Main Wiring and Canopy and Hook assembly. The vertical arms and support were carefully integrated into the core of the Chandelier completing the Arms assembly only.
Step 5: FINAL TOUCHES AND INSTALLATION OF THE CHANDELIER
After confirming the correct order and placement of the Arms, we tightened all nuts, secured the Newly assembled Chandelier to the Ceiling box, and made height adjustments. We tested and ensured that all of the Lamps and Sockets worked and all Lamps came ON! The final Steps involved the Installation of the Crystals, Cups, Lamps and Lamp Shades completing the Installation and assembly.
